So nice it was on the red carpet twice.
On Monday night, Zendaya, 28, and Anna Sawai, 32, accidentally twinned on the Met Gala 2025 red carpet, both arriving in nearly identical white ensembles — down to their wide-brim hats and ties.
The two award-winning actresses honored this year’s “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” theme, which paid tribute to black dandyism and the art of suit-making, with their sharp, tailored looks; however, fans were seeing double.
Styled by Law Roach, the “Euphoria” star’s custom Louis Vuitton silk blazer and flared pants were designed by Pharrell Williams, who serves as the French fashion house’s men’s creative director.
Zendaya added sparkle with a Bulgari serpenti brooch boasting white gold and two emeralds.
Roach shared the inspiration behind the look on his Instagram Story, posting a photo of Bianca Jagger’s bridal look from 1971, when she tied the knot to Mick Jagger.
In lieu of a gown, the activist wore a Yves Saint Laurent skirt suit and super floppy hat.
Meanwhile, Sawai tapped stylist Karla Welch, who dressed her in a Dior outfit featuring essentially the same pieces as Zendaya’s look — save for the straight-leg trousers.
The “Shōgun” star accessorized with a luxe Cartier watch and carried matching white gloves.
Of course, fans were quick to notice the similarities between the two red carpet looks.
“annasawai making history as the first celebrity to accidentally have an identical fit as zendaya in the same event,” one person tweeted on X (formerly Twitter). Another wrote, “Great minds think alike! So choose your Bianca Jagger reenactment! 🤍”
Welch took the comparisons in stride, posting on her Instagram Story, “We can add homage to @zendaya as well” and later “great minds @luxurylaw,” tagging Roach.
Indeed, they both have good taste.
