Jason Lee became one of the biggest TV stars of the 00s thanks to his starring role in the smash hit sitcom, My Name Is Earl, which ran from 2005 to 2009. The Californian actor, who initially found fame as a professional skateboarder in the late 80s and early 90s, landed his first major film role in Kevin Smith’s cult 1995 comedy film Mallrats , which paved the way for leading parts in Heartbreakers, A Guy Thing, and of course, My Name Is Earl.

Following his Hollywood success, Jason, 56, stepped back from the spotlight for nearly a decade, focusing primarily on voice work and smaller supporting roles.
