Wendy Williams was taken away from her assisted living home by ambulance Monday after she dropped a note to paparazzi begging them to help her.

Cops were called to do a wellness check around 11.15 a.m., soon after the former “Wendy Williams Show” host tossed a piece of paper to a photographer from the window of her fifth-story room at a New York City assisted living facility, according to The Post.

Her handwritten message simply read, “Help! Wendy!!”

According to photos, Williams walked to the ambulance on her own as she was escorted by a handful of police.

The 60-year-old wore a T-shirt, black leggings and a long sweater as she was seen looking somber leaving the facility.

Police assisted her as she pulled herself into the ambulance.

Williams’ rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The wellness check comes one month after TMZ reported that the Daytime Emmy nominee, who has continued to deny her frontotemporal dementia diagnosis, formally asked a judge to end her guardianship.

Williams, who fired her court-appointed attorney earlier this year, claimed in the alleged affidavit that she has “regained [the] capacity” to function on her own without her legal guardian, Sabrina Morrissey.

On Feb. 18, she was set to be “re-evaluated” by a doctor in a new medical exam.

Sources told the outlet in February that if Williams’ request to end the guardianship was denied, she would “demand” a trial by jury.

The former broadcaster gave an emotional “Breakfast Club” interview the previous month, insisting she is not “cognitively impaired.”

Williams called in to tell listeners she is “trapped” with elderly patients, who are not her “cup of tea.”

She explained, “I am definitely isolated. … I keep the door closed. I watch TV. I listen to the radio. I watch the window. I sit here, and my life goes by.”

Elsewhere in the conversation, Williams alleged that she only had $15 to her name.

Her niece Alex Finnie was also involved in the chat, claiming that Williams “sounds great” and not “like an incapacitated person.”

Williams has been out of the spotlight since leaving her eponymous talk show in 2021, with her court-ordered guardianship making headlines the following year.

She has, however, made multiple appearances in Florida this year for her son’s college graduation and her dad’s birthday celebration.

Williams was set to do a phone interview with “The View” Friday, March 14.
