Valerie Bertinelli is celebrating her 65th birthday by reflecting on the ups and downs of the last few years.

The actress took to Instagram Thursday to share a reel comprised of photos and videos taken within the last year.

One of the pictures was a mirror selfie featuring a makeup-free Bertinelli in her undergarments.

Sporting nothing but a black bra and matching underwear, the “One Day at a Time” star held up her phone to capture the raw moment, flashing a half-smile.

Bertinelli’s 64th year was also marked by talk show appearances, book signings, concerts, cozy moments at home, fun times with friends, cuddles with her pets and the premiere of game show “Bingo Blitz,” which she hosts.

“April 23,1960. 8:00p Wilmington, Delaware. Taurus sun. Aries moon. Scorpio rising,” she captioned the footage.

“Went through it all in the last handful of years and I’m so grateful for the downs as much as I am for all of the ups I am blessed to experience.”

Bertinelli — who split from her latest boyfriend, Mike Goodnough, in November 2024 after 10 months of dating — made sure to note, “The light at the end of the tunnel is finally here. I can see it. I feel it.”

She added that she loves her family, friends and the fans who support her, concluding, “I am one lucky and grateful mofo. XOXO.”

After the “Hot in Cleveland” star praised her ex on Instagram in March in honor of the first time they met, he bizarrely lashed out at her earlier this month for allegedly perpetuating a one-sided conflict between them.

“While I am disappointed in the array of hostile, dishonest, and uncalled-for backhanded swipes she continues to take at me, there is no war between us,” Goodnough told his followers.

The author returned to the platform last week to express “regret” for the seemingly unprovoked upload.

“Valerie and I had a complicated relationship. Our time as a couple ended months ago but our close contact only really ended recently. So, it is more ‘fresh’ than it would seem,” he explained.

Goodnough went on to say that he “loved Valerie more than [he’s] ever loved someone in a relationship of choice,” which is why “the dissolution” of their relationship and the way it played out in the media has been “by far the most painful experience” of his life.

“It has been so acutely agonizing, it has entirely changed the scale of how much heartbreak can hurt. What was once a 10 is now a four,” he closed.

Earlier this week, the writer claimed on Threads that he’s the one who “ended the relationship.”
