Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz’s namesake bar Schwartz & Sandy’s is closing after opening to the public in November 2022.

The “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars announced the news via Instagram Monday with personal statements on the situation.

Sandoval, 42, posted his first, telling his followers, “With a heavy heart, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Schwartz & Sandy’s at the end of December.

“This hasn’t been an easy choice for my partners and me, but other priorities and commitments have taken hold,” he explained without further elaboration.

Sandoval went on to call the “business venture” an “incredible stepping stone” in his life, noting that he “will always cherish” it as well as the “everlasting memories” made there.

He then thanked his “incredible staff and everyone who supported” the Franklin Village, Calif., lounge “along the way.”

The Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras frontman tried to end things on a positive note, sharing that he and Schwartz, also 42, will “be hosting a series of events and have availability to host others leading up to [their] closing night,” which he did not immediately reveal.

However, Sandoval — whose affair bombshell in March 2023 negatively affected business at Schwartz & Sandy’s for an unknown period of time — then cryptically added, “The allure of being associated with reality TV has hidden what is an amazing spot and location for LA locals as well.”

Schwartz, for his part, echoed some of his pal’s sentiments, reiterating that they gave the decision “careful consideration.”

The Bravolebrity admitted he feels at “peace” knowing he gave his “absolute all into S&S, fully committed with every fiber in [his] being.”

Schwartz — whose now-ex-wife, Katie Maloney, filed for divorce amid development of Schwartz & Sandy’s — also expressed gratitude for the patrons’ support, as it “kept [him] going through some of the harder times.”

Like Sandoval, Schwartz emphasized that the establishment would be up and running through the holidays, calling it their “farewell tour.”

Sandoval and Schwartz are still partial owners of Lisa Vanderpump’s hotspot TomTom in West Hollywood, which opened to the public in August 2018.
