Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s $10 million wedding in Venice, Italy, has been plagued by multiple rumors.
Among the chatter is that the Amazon founder and journalist have already tied the knot ahead of Friday’s ceremony, and are hosting a pajama party for their star-studded attendees.

Already married
Sánchez, 55, and Bezos, 61, may have already gotten legally married before heading to Italy.
“There is no application for a wedding for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, and no one who is recognised by the council will be marrying them,” a Venice town hall employee told the Daily Mail Wednesday.
“Therefore any marriage ceremony they have will not be recognised under Italian law. Unless they are married already, or they are having another ceremony somewhere else, they will not be married — no.”
The official doubled down that “no one from Venice council is conducting a marriage ceremony.”
Reps for Sánchez and Bezos weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.
Suprise performers
Last month, TMZ reported that the couple had hired Lady Gaga and Elton John to perform at their wedding.
“Lauren wanted some big talent to sing for them, and it just doesn’t get any bigger than Gaga and Elton,” an insider told the outlet.
According to the source, the singers agreed to perform because they are “good friends and were happy to do it together.”
An insider, however, told Page Six that the “Bad Romance” singer wasn’t set to perform and doesn’t have an overseas wedding event on her calendar.
Yacht ceremony
The Daily Mail previously reported that Sánchez and Bezos were set to wed on the businessman’s $500 million mega-yacht.
However, the outlet later walked back on the claim.
It’s unclear where the wedding festivities will occur, but the duo has multiple key locations booked in case protestors attempt to sabotage their special day, Page Six learned.
We hear they are even keeping their A-list guests in the dark, as they weren’t even given locations and times.
Themed parties
Sánchez and Bezos’ wedding festivities kicked off on Thursday with a welcome party and will reportedly conclude on Saturday.
TMZ reported that the duo will host themed parties leading up to the event, and “guests will need clothes, outfits and accessories for a wide range of events.”
Per the outlet, they will host a rehearsal dinner, cocktail parties and a reception.
A-list guests
Several celebrities landed in Italy for the billionaire and author’s special day, including Kim Kardashian and Orlando Bloom, who split from Katy Perry earlier this week.
According to TMZ, Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King are also on the guest list.
Us Weekly reported that Leonardo DiCaprio will also be making an appearance with his girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti.
