Zack Wickham isn’t afraid to go where others won’t.
On the June 10 episode of The Valley, the reality star documented his experience getting Botox on his scrotum—otherwise known as “Scrotox”—to enhance his pubic region.
“Apparently, it feels really good during sex and it just looks aesthetically better,” Zack told castmate Danny Booko as the two sat in a medical office. “You know how balls go up and down? I just was like, ‘You know what? Let’s see what happens when they stay down.’”
Moments later, cameras captured Zack as he received an injection on his pelvic area. And despite his eagerness to reap the benefits of Scrotox, he couldn’t help but admit, “That one hurt.”

According to the Maercks Institute, Scrotox is “a non-surgical cosmetic procedure designed to relax the muscles in the scrotal area,” leading to a smoother appearance and, in some cases, a more “pleasurable” sex life. The clinic also noted that the process requires no downtime, though they recommend waiting a few hours to have intercourse.
