Netflix has released the trailer for “Ginny & Georgia” Season 3, which sees the impulsive southern mother and her daughter prepare for criminal court.
The official logline for the new season reads, “Georgia (Brianne Howey) has just been arrested for murder during her wedding — ruining her fairy tale ending and putting the spotlight on the Millers like never before. It’s always been Ginny (Antonia Gentry) and Georgia against the world, but the world has never come for them quite like this. Now, Ginny needs to see where she stands when push comes to shove — is the two of them against the world something Ginny really wants to sign up for?”
In the trailer, we hear Georgia plead her case, but not entirely absolve herself of poisoning her two ex-husbands. She says, “I’m not a bad person. But if you come face to face with bad, you become a little bad yourself.”
Other series stars include Diesel La Torraca, Jennifer Robertson, Felix Mallard, Sara Waisglass, Scott Porter, Raymond Ablack, Katie Douglas, Chelsea Clark and Nathan Mitchell.
Season 3 is directed by April Mullen, Jasmin Mozaffari, Liz Allen, Sharon Lewis and Darnell Martin. Executive producers include series creator Sarah Lampert, showrunner Sarah Glinski, Jeff Tahler, Jenny Daly, Holly Hines, Daniel March for Dynamic Television, Armand Leo, Lance Samuels and Daniel Iron under the Blue Ice Pictures banner. Elena Blekhter and Ali Kinney are co-executive producers. Writers for Season 3 include David Monahan, Danielle Hoover, Michelle Askew, Ayotunde Ifaturoti, Ali Kinney, Eboni Freeman, Jordan Dumbroff, Zachary Arthur and Kourtney Richard.
