Skai Jackson’s boyfriend, Deondre Burgin, found himself behind bars yet again this past week.

Kenton County Jail records obtained by Page Six show the 20-year-old was arrested on April 17 around 2 p.m. local time in Kentucky due to an outstanding warrant.

The content creator — who stands at 6-feet, 5-inches tall, has red hair and weighs 185 pounds, per the records — spent a week in jail and was not released until Thursday after noon.

He was arrested by the Taylor Mill Police Department, but a public information officer for the agency could not immediately be reached for comment.

Law enforcement told TMZ, though, that one of their officers spotted Burgin at a local gas station and recognized that he was listed on the National Crime Information Center database.

His outstanding warrant had reportedly been issued by authorities in Hamilton County, Ohio, after he failed to show up to a court hearing about his alleged failure to display a license plate on his car.

This marks Burgin’s second arrest in six months. He was arrested back in November for a juvenile parole violation and allegedly ran from officers when they approached him at the time.

Per a police report, the Internet personality — who also goes by Yerkky Yerkky — reportedly fell while fleeing and cut his left cheek. He was cited for misdemeanor obstruction of official business.

In January, it was revealed that Burgin and Jackson, 23, had welcomed a child together and, according to TMZ, the new dad missed his baby’s birth because he was incarcerated during the milestone moment.

A source told the outlet at the time that the former Disney star was “determined to be the best mother and role model.” It appears no remarks were made in relation to her boyfriend’s legal issues.

Page Six has reached out to Jackson’s rep and lawyer for comment on Burgin’s latest arrest but did not immediately hear back.

The “Jessie” alum — who had her own run-in with the law last August, when she got arrested for battery — has not posted about her boyfriend’s most recent issues on social media.
