Longtime partners Samantha Ronson and Cassandra Grey have ended their relationship, sources tell Page Six.

“They finally broke up. They’ve had break ups before, but they finally broke up within the last few weeks,” a source told Page Six.

We first reported that Ronson and the beauty mogul widow of Paramount titan Brad Grey were an item in 2018, about nine months after his death from lung cancer at 59.

They have since been living in New York and co-parenting Cassandra’s son Jules.

We hear the pair were even engaged at one point. But according to a second source “Cassandra called off the wedding.”

The pair — who are no longer living together — put their glamorous Tribeca pad on the market for $12 million in 2023. They are now renting it out.

“The relationship is definitely broken,” the first source said.

Ronson — who is widely known as a celebrity DJ — is also a songwriter and makes up half of the band SpnR.

She made countless headlines in the late 2000s for her toxic relationship with Lindsay Lohan.

She also comes from a famous entertainment family that includes her Grammy and Oscar-winning music producer brother, Mark Ronson (who is married to Meryl Streep’s daughter, Grace Gummer), fashion designer twin Charlotte Ronson, “Succession” actress sister Annabelle Dexter-Jones (whom we recently reported is dating famed chef Daniel Humm), and a less-famous musician brother, Alexander Dexter-Jones. And to top that off, her jeweler mom, Ann Dexter-Jones, married her stepfather, Foreigner founder, Mick Jones, twice. She is the daughter of real estate developer Laurence Ronson.

Grey sold her company, Violet Grey, to Farfetch in 2022, but announced in September that she had taken it back.

“It is with tremendous gratitude to our team, and our community of collaborators, that we are pleased to inform you that our business is back in our hands,” she wrote in a memo to “confidants, customers and conspirators.”

She didn’t mention their breakup. She also seemed to skip her annual social media birthday shoutout to Ronson this month. Their last communication on Instagram was in August, with Grey posting a cute childhood photo of the DJ. “Awwww…thank you! love that picture from last week!” Ronson commented.

The romantic posts are no more and we’re told some of Ronson’s pals are happy for her to be single and fancy free.

Cassandra married Brad in 2011. They had Jules in 2015.

Reps for the duo did not get back to us.
