Perez Hilton is in the midst of a devastating health crisis. On August 4th, the gossip blogger was hospitalized after appearing on a live stream on TikTok, covered in blood. Days later, his mom, Teresita Lavandeira , has filed for temporary custody of Hilton’s three kids.
The petition was filed three days after Hilton’s hospitalization, on August 7th. Lavandeira’s lawyer shared a statement explaining why she had filed the petition.
“My main concern and objective, as well as the family’s, is to protect the children and make sure they are safe,” said the lawyer, as reported by PEOPLE .
