Olivia Nuzzi has been seen publicly for the first time since her Robert F. Kennedy Jr. sexting scandal was exposed.
The on-leave New York Magazine writer was spotted in Los Angeles at a high-end fashion brand’s event among guests including “Fantastic Four” star Kate Mara and “Selma” director Ava DuVernay.
Nuzzi looked sharp in a black double-breasted suit with a plunging neckline, at LA French eatery République for the power women’s gathering.
She had on red nail polish and a tennis bracelet, with a chic black bra peeking out of her suit jacket, sources said.
The event was hosted by fashion line Argent, which has been worn by celebs including Kristen Bell, Jessica Alba, Meghan Markle and others.
Nuzzi has previously been featured in a campaign for the fashion brand. In 2019 she posted a pic of herself in a black outfit by the brand with the caption: “I’ve worn [Argent] to go get coffee in the morning and to interview the president.”
Nuzzi looked confident and at ease in pics from the event despite being embroiled in the ongoing Kennedy saga.
She’s been duking it out in court with her former fiancé — Politico reporter Ryan Lizza — in Washington, D.C., Superior Court after she filed for a no-contact order against him and accused Lizza of blackmailing her, which he has denied.
In the photos, she posed with former InStyle editor-in-chief Laura Brown, as well as former CNN chief White House correspondent Jessica Yellin.
A PR firm captioned a carousel of pics from the bash: “Several of the world’s problems could probably have been solved in the warm glow of the [République] in Los Angeles Thursday night where filmmaker Ava DuVernay, philanthropist and climate activist Aileen Getty, Shondaland producer Betsy Beers, campaign strategist Beth Lynk, podcaster Monica Padman, journalists Lisa Ling, Jessica Yellin, Olivia Nuzzi and more gathered for the second annual ‘Work Friends’ dinner.”
Sali Christeson, the founder of Argent, also attended.
Nuzzi has not been seen since the RFK Jr. scandal broke, and the wunderkind journo, 31, was placed on leave at New York Magazine, which is currently investigating.
Meanwhile, RFK Jr. was seen holding hands with his wife, Cheryl Hines, on Wednesday — a day before Nuzzi attended the Argent party.
The politician, 70, and the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” actress, 59, walked hand in hand as they arrived at his mother Ethel Kennedy, at the Cathedral of St. Matthew in Washington, DC.
Ethel was eulogized by family members as well as former President Barack Obama, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, President Biden and other power players.
The memorial service was one day after more details emerged about RFK’s alleged affair with Nuzzi.
Lizza filed court papers on Oct. 14 alleging that he discovered, “Nuzzi had been cheating on me with a married man [RFK Jr.] for almost a year.”
He also said in the court docs, Page Six reported, “She admitted the affair and over the course of weeks of conversations she confided how she fell into what she described as a ‘toxic’ ‘unhealthy’ ‘stupid’ ‘psychotic’ ‘crazy’ ‘indefensible’ relationship with a 70-year-old ‘sex addict’ who told her he wanted to ‘possess,’ ‘control,’ and ‘impregnate’ her.”
Nuzzi had previously alleged in court papers that Lizza, 50, “explicitly threatened to make public personal information about me to destroy my life, career, and reputation — a threat he has since carried out.”
Lizza has denied the claims, and has said that he broke off their engagement on Aug. 17. They got engaged in September 2022.
RFK Jr. has denied he had an affair, and those close to him have implied that he might sue her.
Nuzzi and the former presidential candidate — who has now endorsed Donald Trump — reportedly did not have a physical relationship, though she allegedly did send “demure,” nudes.
A source told Page Six the pair had “incredible” FaceTime sex, and even said they loved each other.
