North West is solidifying her title as a fashion icon.
On Monday, the 11-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West decided to get all dressed up for the Met Gala with her mom.
The mother-daughter duo shared several sweet videos on their joint TikTok account, showing off their lavish outfits before Kardashian hit the Met steps in her corseted Chrome Hearts set that practically bared her full behind.
While North didn’t accompany Kim into the actual event, they got ready at the hotel together, with the teen traveling to the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in an oversized cowhide set featuring a zip-up hoodie and shorts.
She matched her casual attire with a pair of Nike sneakers, but spruced up the look with extra-long, neon blue braids and a full glam makeup look.
The tween also showed off layers of chunky necklaces and even blinged out her nails with 3 D crystlas in her TikTok videos.
The Met Gala doesn’t allow guests under 18 years old, so North was unable to actually attend fashion’s biggest night — though we’re sure she’ll make her debut in 2032.
This wasn’t North’s first time accompanying her mom behind-the-scenes at the Met ball — in fact, Kim made her own debut in 2013 while pregnant with North.
In 2023, the tween was spotted waiting outside the event while Kardashian walked the carpet. And, it was revealed on episode of “The Kardashians,” North wasn’t a fan of her mom’s Karl Lagerfeld-inspired pearl-draped Schiaparelli creation at the time.
“It’s looking like beachy and the pearls look fake,” North told her mom during a fitting.
While the 50,000 freshwater pearls making the dress were definitely real — as Kardashian revealed to Vogue on the red carpet — North’s criticism seemed to have hit a nerve in the scene, with designer Daniel Roseberry replying, “This is my worst nightmare.”
No word yet on what she though of Kim’s back-baring outfit or the accompanying fedora hat.
However, we’re sure North will make her feelings known on the family’s Hulu show soon enough.
