On the night of August 1, a new chapter was written in Uganda. For the first time, the nation crowned its first representative on the road to Miss Universe .
Mitchelle Daka , originally from the Budaka district, won the title during an emotional evening at the Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala.
Under the slogan “Beyond the Crown” and organized by Joram Model Management , the pageant officially opened the country’s doors to the world’s most prestigious international beauty platform.
