Sure, Megyn Kelly has become a popular presence on digital screens and audio outlets in recent years. But maybe — maybe — what she really wants to do is produce.
The host, known for her stints at Fox News Channel and NBC News, is launching through her new MK Media network a new video podcast led by Emily Jashinsky which will stream live on YouTube at 10 p.m. eastern twice each week — on Mondays and Wednesdays — starting June 23 In “After Party,” Jashinsky, a conservative commentator and writer, will tackle politics, culture and comedy on the program which will be the first new video program in Kelly’s new coterie of shows.
“I’m beyond excited to have one of my favorite people, Emily Jashinsky, joining the MK Media network. Emily has it all – humor, great insight, brilliance, and the consistent ability to offer unique takes you haven’t heard anywhere else,” said Kelly, in a statement. MK Media plans to continue expanding into various digital formats over the course of 2025.
Jashinsky, based in Washington, D.C., serves as a host on the “Breaking Points” YouTube channel and covers politics as a correspondent for UnHerd. She previously spent six years as editor and podcast host at The Federalist, covering politics, culture, and media.
“Megyn pioneered a new model of journalism by bringing her audience into the process. And she lets her guests cuss, so imagine how much fun MK Media will have when the sun goes down and we stream live on YouTube,” said Jashinsky. “’After Party’ is the late-night show you didn’t ask for, but won’t forget — for better or worse, it could go either way.”
MK Media launched with “The Nerve with Maureen Callahan” on April 22, then debuted “Next Up with Mark Halperin” and “Spot On with Link Lauren.” Her company says “The Nerve” has attracted more than 13 million YouTube views and won more than 150,000 subscribers.
Kelly has forged her own path since leaving traditional TV-news behind. She launched a daily podcast in 2020, then joined with SiriusXM to distribute her program on its platform. She has video version that streams on YouTube. Earlier in 2025, she launched a 15-minute news-brief show called “AM Update With Megyn Kelly.”
“The consistent presence of ‘The Megyn Kelly Show’ on our top 100 podcast charts is a testament to the connection Megyn has forged with her audience on the platform,” said Brandon Feldman, director of news, civics and podcast partnerships at YouTube, in a statement. “We’re excited to see the continued growth and expansion of MK Media as they bring even more diverse and engaging content to YouTube.”
