Ringo Starr is “beyond blessed” that his wife of 45 years, Barbara Bach , “loves” him.
The former Beatles drummer , 86, married the actress, 80, in London, England, on April 27, 1981, and he counts his blessings that they are still together today.
“There’s no escape,” he told People in 2015. “I think I love Barbara as much [today] as I did [when we met] — and I’m beyond blessed that she loves me and we’re still together.”
Barbara feels the same and previously admitted she didn’t expect to want to marry again after her 1978 divorce from Italian businessman Augusto Gregorini.
