Maroon 5 is plotting a major comeback with the announcement of their eighth studio album, “Love Is Like,” and an arena tour in the United States. Out Aug. 15 via Interscope, “Love Is Like” will be the band’s first LP since 2021’s “Jordi.”

“I feel like we’ve gone back to what we used to do, which is to not pay attention to where we fit and producing the music organically,” said frontman Adam Levine. “This is kind of how we stuck out in the beginning when we first started our career.

The band will celebrate this release with a national arena trek that will kick off this fall and run for a total of 23 dates. The lineup includes a hometown show at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum and a stop at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, before concluding on Nov. 25 in Detroit, MI. Claire Rosinkranz will be direct support on all tour dates.

Ahead of the album’s release, Maroon 5 shared a new single dubbed “All Night,” with its matching music video slated for June 27. It will be directed by Aerin Moreno (Tate McRae, Tyla), who recently directed the video for their last single, “Priceless.”

Released May 2, “Priceless” is a pop collaboration with Lisa of Blackpink. Both Levine and Lisa appear in the video that was shot in downtown Los Angeles on 35mm film and visually gave a nod to the film “Mr. and Mrs. Smith.”
