Curious what Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos‘ phone contact names for each other? The Live with Kelly and Mark co-hosts gave fans a sneak peek.
Those who were dialed into Monday’s episode saw Ripa share an “article about how your significant other’s name is saved in your phone.”
“So, how do you have me saved in your phone?” she asked Consuelos, who told his wife and co-host that she is saved “under Boo.”
Ripa approved of Consuelos’ “very good”contact name for her before reading insight from “relationship experts.”
“The name in our phone is a visual symbol of our partner, and it’s a reminder oof our relationship with them, Using personal jokes or nicknames can reflect a deeper or more intimate connection,” she continued. “And then some practical people save their contacts by their legal names, [which] can also be a huge help in case of emergencies.”
Consuelos then took the opportunity to ask Ripa what her contact name for him is.
Ripa explained, “So it’s very interesting. I have your legal name, and under where it says title, you are Husbando. So I have, like, a nickname and I also have the legal name.”
She got put on the spot again, as Consuelos asked if he has a “ringtone” for when he calls.
“Yes,” she admitted with a chuckle, initially abstaining from sharing further details.
Consuelos asked, “What is it?”
“It’s Darth Vader,” she revealed. “And he’s saying… I want you to call me so that people can hear it. It’s Darth Vader saying, ‘What is thy bidding, my master?’”
Like the Live audience, Consuelos got a kick out of the ringtone, as he teased, “That’s appropriate.”
