Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan, was sentenced to nine months in county jail for violating his probation.
A judge in Palm Beach, Fla., ruled on Wednesday that the embattled former Wall Street broker will receive a credit of 38 days for the time he has already served, according to documents obtained by Page Six.
Michael, 64, also waived his right to ask for any additional credit time, per the court records.
Page Six has tried to contact him for comment on the ruling but did not immediately hear back.
The “Lindsay” alum was put on probation following a 2022 conviction for patient brokering.
“Mr. Lohan was investigated by our Sober Homes Task Force and he’s being charged with receiving kickbacks for referring patients to drug treatment,” Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg said at a hearing in 2021.
“Patient brokering corrupts our health care system because decisions are motivated by greed instead of a patient’s needs.”
Investigators had found that Michael allegedly received at least $25,000 in illegal kickbacks in return for steering addicts — including a woman he was sleeping with — into a Florida drug treatment center.
He pleaded guilty to five counts of patient brokering, per the Palm Beach Post, and was placed on probation for four years starting in 2022.
However, the “Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn” alum violated his probation in February when he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his estranged wife, Kate Major.
The 42-year-old journalist — who shares sons Landon and Logan with Michael — called police at the time to complain that her estranged husband had allegedly followed her to a doctor’s appointment.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office previously told Page Six that when officers arrived, they discovered bruises on Major stemming from an incident days prior in which Michael allegedly threw her off a chair.
The mom of two then filed an order of protection against her ex and their case in Texas is still pending.
An arrest warrant was subsequently issued for Michael and he was arrested in Florida last month.
Michael and Major tied the knot in 2014. She then filed for divorce in 2018, a month after she was arrested for domestic battery.
