Kim Kardashian’s Met Gala 2025 beauty prep appears to be underway.

A week ahead of fashion’s biggest night of the year, the reality television star, 44, shared a behind-the-scenes look at her new favorite skin treatment.

“This is my third time doing @sofwavemed and I think it’s one of the only lasers that works for firming!” Kardashian wrote on her Instagram Story over a photo of herself undergoing the non-invasive laser procedure.

The FDA-cleared beauty treatment uses ultrasound technology to stimulate collagen and, in turn, reduce wrinkles and fine lines while also lifting and toning the skin.

Costs vary for the procedure, but generally start at more than $1,000 per treatment on a small area like the eyebrows and go up to more than $4,000 for the full face and neck. As Kardashian can be seen in the pic with the tool around her cheek, we can safely assume the billionaire went all-out.

The Skims founder has previously praised Sofwave

In February, Kardashian raved about the laser, posting another snap of herself amid the procedure, writing, “Sofwave heats the skin to trigger collagen production. There’s no downtime. And totally lifts which is why I would do it everywhere I possibly could lol”

She then turned the camera to the high-tech device, saying, “Meet my new best friend! Not gonna lie…this hurts on the body but not on the face for some reason, but it’s BEYOND worth it! Probably the best machine out there for lifting and collage production.

She clearly spoke highly of the procedure to her famous sisters, considering Khloé Kardashian is a fan of Sofwave, too.

Last month, the Good American co-founder shared a glimpse of her own session, where she was joined by Kim, highlighting the benefits of Sofwave.

This year’s Met Gala theme is “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” which “will explore the role of sartorial style in forming Black identities, focusing on the emergence, significance, and proliferation of the Black dandy,” according to Vogue.

At the lavish affair last year, Kardashian made waves on the red carpet, wearing a corset-style gown designed by John Galliano for Maison Margiela.

Atop the flashy sequin number, she rocked a light gray cashmere cardigan — which sparked plenty of memes.

“This is like the wildest night of my life in a garden,” Kardashian said in an interview on the red carpet of the inspiration behind the talked-about look.

“And I just ran out and grabbed my boyfriend’s sweater and threw it on. And had to get to work. My hair’s all messed up,” she added, joking about dating rumors.

We can’t wait to see what the fashion mogul wears on Monday night.
