The Kardashians star then delved into her injectables. She first shared that she’s gotten both Botox, which works by “relaxing muscles that cause wrinkles,” according to Cleveland Clinic, as well as Sculptra, “a type of dermal filler” which “uses FDA-approved poly-L-lactic acid to reduce deep wrinkles” according to the medical site. However, Khloe explained that the second was to target the area “where my face tumor was removed in my cheek,” referring to her 2022 operation following a skin cancer diagnosis. 

Otherwise, Khloe said she’s remained filler-free as of late, explaining that she’s had the treatment “in the past but not any over the last few years.” Although, she did point out that filler often stays in the body despite attempts to dissolve the material, adding, “I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down.”

And while she may not have gotten a face and neck lift as the doctor initially theorized, she confessed that she has gotten “collagen baby Threads underneath my chin and neck,” which according to the Cleveland Clinic is “a nonsurgical procedure that lifts sagging, aging skin and stimulates collagen production.” During the procedure, “Plastic surgeons place medical-grade thread under the skin to pull the skin into position. These threads activate the body’s natural healing response, triggering the increase of collagen.”
