Khloé Kardashian is taking a page out of her sister Kylie Jenner’s book and coming clean about all of her cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures.
The reality star was the recent subject of an Instagram transformation post by aesthetics doctor Jonny Betteridge. On Kardashian’s 41st birthday, Betteridge speculated about the cosmetic procedures she’s had over the years.
Kardashian saw the post and decided to leave an in-depth comment on Sunday, setting the record straight about what she’s really had done.
“I take this as a great compliment!” she wrote in the comments. “First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, But here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go.”
Kardashian listed laser hair removal, Botox, fillers, threads, and even ― wait for it ― salmon sperm facials, crediting the doctors and clinics that performed the procedures.
The reality star also said that she’d lost about 80 pounds “slow and steady” over the years.
“In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors,” she wrote, signing off with a heart emoji and a winking smiley face.

Betteridge responded to Kardashian’s comment, thanking her “for being so open” on Sunday.
On Tuesday, Betteridge made another post ― again praising the reality star for her candor ― but also backing up his original analysis.
“Her openness is appreciated, especially in an industry where transparency around aesthetics can still be limited,” the doctor shared. “That said, the original analysis was based on more than just photos. It looked at long term facial changes and anatomical shifts that professionals often associate with surgical intervention. While non-invasive treatments can deliver impressive results, some features still typically reflect more permanent procedures.”
Kardashian previously discussed getting a nose job in 2021 during a Kardashian-Jenner family interview hosted by Andy Cohen.
“Everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,’” Kardashian said at the time. “But I’ve had one nose job [by] Dr. Raj Kanodia. And everyone gets so upset, like, ‘Why don’t I talk about it?’”
“No one’s ever asked me,” Kardashian insisted. “You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”
Kardashian might’ve decided to be more forthcoming this time around after the extremely positive response to her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, opening up about what she had done during her breast augmentation procedure.
