The woman Kevin Costner was spotted at lunch with on Monday in Los Angeles is his assistant, and has been for two years.
The duo was just having a work lunch, we hear.
Sources told Page Six that the woman has been previously photographed with the “Dances With Wolves” star in the past as she works with him.
Costner, 70, and his staffer were spotted exiting the LA eatery together and she was carrying a backpack.
Costner is an eligible Hollywood bachelor after his split from his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner, 50, who filed divorce papers in 2023 after 18 years of marriage. But he’s now regularly rumored to be dating virtually any woman he happens to be standing next to.
Costner and Jennifer Lopez were both vacationing in Aspen, Colo., over the holidays and when they were both coincidentally photographed at the famed mountain hotspot Kemo Sabe in December — which is a favorite for celebs — there were overheated rumors that the duo were dating, though it was unclear if they even spoke at the venue, Page Six previously reported.

In 2020, the “Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood” star said from the stage at the Golden Globes after he won a best supporting actor award: “I wanted to bring my mom, but I couldn’t, because anyone I stand next to, they say I’m dating. And that would just be awkward.”
The camera then panned to Pitt’s ex, Jennifer Aniston, who was laughing in the crowd.
Page Six spotted Costner at Lorne Michael’s after-party for the “SNL50: The Homecoming Concert” in NYC, where women were swooning over the former “Yellowstone” star.
