In 2011, Katy Perry was “stunned” by an extraterrestrial — and now, 14 years later, she faced a different kind of invader.

Perry, currently on her Lifetimes Tour, was performing her 2008 hit “Hot N Cold” at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia, when a rogue fan approached her onstage.

In a fan-captured video posted on X Monday, Perry appears visibly startled and uneasy as the fan runs toward her.

The singer — who once kissed a girl and liked it — appeared to not enjoy this particular encounter.

As the fan jumps next to her, Perry recoils slightly, visibly spooked. His 15 seconds of fame are swiftly cut short as security rushes the stage and escorts him off. Perry then turns to the crowd to lighten the mood.

“Well, there’s never going to be another show like it, so just enjoy it, Sydney,” she joked.

To further defuse the moment, she playfully asked the crowd, “What the hell is going on?”

Back in April, during her tour’s opening stop in Mexico City, Perry had another memorable onstage moment — though that one didn’t require an intruder. There, she reflected on her April 14 trip to space on an all-female Blue Origin space tourism flight.

“Has anyone ever called your dreams crazy?” she asked the crowd.
