Kanye West claims his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, left their 11-year-old daughter, North, alone during the 2025 Met Gala.

On Friday, West’s attorney sent Kardashian’s lawyer a legal letter, which was obtained by TMZ, demanding that the reality star “cease and desist from actions that violate” the rapper’s “parental rights, exploit his children and breach the joint custody agreement established” in the former couple’s divorce settlement, which was finalized in November 2022.

West, 47, noted that Kardashian, 44, brought North to Monday’s Met Gala, which exposed the preteen “to significant media attention.”

“Reports indicate that North was left unattended in a vehicle during portions of the event, posing risks to her safety,” the Yeezy founder claimed, adding that Kardashian then “published or authorized the publication of North’s images and videos on social media platforms,” despite his “explicit objection to his children’s presence on such platforms.”

West reiterated that he allegedly has been “denied meaningful access to his children,” once again claiming that he “has had no contact” with his son Saint, 9, “in 2025.”

Additionally, he claimed that his interactions with North, daughter Chicago, 7, and son Psalm, 6, “have been unreasonably restricted.”

West wants the Skims co-founder to stop posting or authorizing the publication of photos and videos of the kids and remove all content that was uploaded without his authorization.

He also wants her to stop involving the children in public events without his consent.

Lastly, the Grammy winner wants “unimpeded access” to the brood, starting with “immediate in-person visitation.”

Should Kardashian not comply, West threatened to “seek sole legal and/or physical custody.”

Reps for the “Kardashians” star did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

However, sources close to her claimed to TMZ that she has never denied West access to the kids when he wants to see them — he just rarely asks to do so.

Last month, the musician publicly claimed that his “kids have been taken from” him, going on to allege that he hasn’t “seen Saint this year.”

However, Page Six obtained paparazzi photos of him with his three youngest children, including Saint, in January.

A day after West made his allegations, a source close to Kardashian claimed, “Kanye has been in LA recently for a few months and didn’t ask to see the kids aside from North until a week before he was leaving again.”

The source added, “Kanye can see the kids anytime he wants; there are no limitations, but Kim is very careful also to not put them in situations that are chaotic. Protecting her kids [comes] first and foremost.”

In recent months, West has gone on a slew of disturbing social media rants, including the admission that he had an incestuous relationship with his male cousin when they were kids.

The fashion designer — who began selling swastika-printed T-shirts — has also made degrading comments about his wife, Bianca Censori, who wore a completely sheer “dress” to the 2025 Grammy Awards red carpet.
