Your summertime anti-perfume is here.

Even the most devout fragrance lover (myself included) can attest to some days wanting … a little less. Intoxicating perfumes are enchanting in the evening, but can be the scent equivalent of drinking at work — a little much.

So when the queen of minimalist beauty, Bobbi Brown, dropped her Jones Road brand’s second scent, I was the first to spritz. Here’s why you’ll want a bottle of BKLYN for yourself. (Oh, and at $42 a bottle, it’s easy on the wallet as well.)

With notes of lemon, orange flower and sandalwood, the new launch is essentially an Aperol Spritz in perfume form: light, refreshing, citrusy and just right for summertime fun.

“BKLYN is everything I love about the borough — it’s cool without trying, sophisticated without being stuffy, and completely authentic. It’s the fragrance equivalent of your favorite lived-in jeans or that perfect white shirt — it just works, no matter what,” Bobbi Brown shared in a press release.

The scent is light, and the dry down is a clean musk with notes of sandalwood and lavender: calming, grounding and enticing. People will think you just naturally smell nice — and maybe live in Prospect Park. It’s exclusively available in its original lab packaging for a limited run, and once it’s gone, that’s it. BKLYN is super giftable as well — for Mother’s Day and beyond.

Jones Road has been busy this month, having just released its first tinted moisturizer, Just Enough.

Of course, brand fans still can’t get enough of its hero product, Miracle Balm. Pinky Bronze is the latest and 13th shade in the lineup, providing a one-and-done summer flush. Put it on your cheekbones, Cupid’s bow and neck to add warmth and a glow.

Stars including Brooke Shields, Cindy Crawford and Naomi Watts have sung the praises of Jones Road’s products, including its incredible Lip Pencil. Founder Bobbi Brown was also just honored as one of Time’s “Most Influential People” of 2025 — not a bad start to the year.

All of Jones Road’s products (including BKLYN) are only available in Jones Road stores and on its website — so shop now while you can, because nearly every limited-edition drop sells out quickly.
