“Ships carrying Chinese goods are arriving half empty in the United States,” Kimmel said. “Or as Trump describes them, completely full.”
Kimmel said experts are projecting price hikes and product shortages as soon as this summer.
“But the key, they say: Stay calm, do not panic,” Kimmel said. “Because China makes all our anti-anxiety medication.”
There could even be shortages in some foods.
“So Trump has only been in office three months, we’re already about to start scavenging for food like ’The Last Of Us,” Kimmel said.
