Jennifer Lopez wants that dinero.

The “Let’s Get Loud” singer and her ex-husband Ben Affleck are reportedly in a disagreement over how to handle the sale of their $68 million marital home in Beverly Hills, Calif., which has been sitting on the market for nearly nine months.

The “Good Will Hunting” star is looking to drop the steep price of the mansion to get the property off their hands, while Lopez is still holding out for a buyer, sources told TMZ Wednesday.

According to the outlet, there hasn’t been serious interest in the house since the beginning of the year. The pair settled their divorce in January.

Reps for both Affleck and Lopez did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The exes listed the 38,000-square-foot mansion in July 2024 after they attempted to quietly sell the property off-market.

They did receive and accept a $64 million offer last September, but the potential buyers reportedly pulled out of escrow.

Lopez, 55, and Affleck, 52, originally purchased the home — which boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms — for $60.85 million in June 2023, almost one year after they eloped in Las Vegas.

Despite its bells and whistles, a source previously shared that neither party was ever really happy living there.

“Ben never liked the house,” the insider told People in June 2024. “It’s too far away from his kids.”

Lopez also reportedly thought the property was “too big for her.”

In the wake of their divorce, the “Hustlers” actress moved into an $18 million home near Los Angeles, per People.

Affleck, on the other hand, purchased a $20 million pad in the Pacific Palisades in August 2024 prior to his ex-wife’s divorce filing.
