Last week’s season finale of Paramount+’s MobLand was intense. The Tom Hardy, Helen Mirren, and Pierce Brosnan crime drama went out with a bang, and Sean T. Collins covered all the action for Decider.
There’s not exactly a dearth of exciting new shows to watch — we’ve been enjoying Stick (Apple TV+), Prime Video’s college comedy Overcompensating, the new season of Love Island, and ensemble comedy Adults on Hulu — but we find ourselves already missing Harry, Conrad, and Maeve.
What’s the latest on our favorite Paramount+ crime drama? Has MobLand been renewed for Season 2? Here’s everything we know.
How Many Episodes Are There of MobLand Season 1?
The first season of MobLand consists of ten episodes.
Is There a New Episode of MobLand On Paramount+ This Week?
Nope. Unfortunately, the season finale (“The Beast in Me”) premiered June 1 on Paramount+.
Will There Be a Season 2 of MobLand?
There’s no official renewal information, but all signs are pointing towards a second season. The series not only had the biggest global series premiere in Paramount+ history, but Tom Hardy told The Hollywood Reporter that the plan is to “definitely see more seasons.”
Paramount tends to make us wait for official renewal announcements — Landman concluded in January but wasn’t officially renewed until March — so the lack of information isn’t concerning.
