When one entertaining Paramount+ show ends, another one is set to begin.

Earlier this year, the Landman Season 1 finale aired in January, and the final episode of the network’s beloved Yellowstone prequel 1923 debuted in February. Thankfully, Landman has been renewed for a second season, but 1923 has concluded.

Don’t worry. There are plenty more Yellowstone prequels and spinoffs on the horizon.

In March, the Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren crime drama MobLand made its streaming debut, with Dexter: Resurrection set to premiere Friday, July 11 on Paramount+ with Showtime. While the original Dexter is no longer on Netflix, you can still stream every iteration of the series on Paramount+ with Showtime. But let’s get back to Harry Da Souza and company.

Has MobLand been renewed for a second season? Here’s everything we know.

Is MobLand Airing A New Episode This Week?

Nope. MobLand isn’t airing a new episode for the foreseeable future. The season finale (“The Beast in Me”) premiered June 1 on Paramount+.

How Many Episodes Are There of MobLand Season 1? Will There Be a MobLand Episode 11?

MobLand Season 1 consists of ten episodes. If MobLand is greenlit for a second season, the Season 2 premiere would be the 11th episode of the series.

Has MobLand Been Renewed For Season 2?

There’s no official renewal information, but we’re optimistic about a second season. The series not only had the biggest global series premiere in Paramount+ history, but Tom Hardy told The Hollywood Reporter that the plan is to “definitely see more seasons.”

Pierce Brosnan also wants a second season, and executive producer David Glasser told Deadline that there will “definitely” be a Season 2 back in March.

Paramount tends to make us wait for official renewal announcements — Landman concluded in January but wasn’t officially renewed until March — so the lack of new information isn’t too concerning.
