It’s time for some slime.

Nickelodeon’s annual fan-voted Kids’ Choice Awards broadcast live from Santa Monica tonight, hosted by Tyla.

While we wait to find out which celebrities will get hit with the show’s famous green goo, read on for everything you need to know to watch from home — for free.

When are the 2025 Kids’ Choice Awards?

The Kids’ Choice Awards air live from the Barker Hanger at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on Nickelodeon, TeenNick, Nicktoons, Nick Jr., TVLand and MTV2.

How to watch the 2025 Kids’ Choice Awards

No cable? No problem. Cord-cutters can catch all the action via live TV services like DirecTV Stream, which offers a five-day free trial with its entertainment package. (In addition to Nickelodeon, you’ll also get access to over 90 channels, including E!, Bravo and MTV.)

While the show’s not on any streaming services, you can also watch in real-time via Philo, Fubo or Hulu+Live TV.

Who is hosting the 2025 Kids’ Choice Awards?

Tyla is making her hosting debut at the Nickelodeon award show — but that’s not the only new thing about this year’s slime-filled extravaganza.

“This year, we’re doing away with the traditional award show tropes, and we’re throwing the biggest party in a slime warehouse,” Paul Medford, VP of unscripted, current series at Nickelodeon told The Hollywood Reporter, saying the stage will be moved to the middle of the floor so audience members feel like “part of the action.”

Who is nominated for the 2025 Kids’ Choice Awards?

As for who we might see on that stage? Jack Black will be accepting the King of Comedy award. (And as Medford warned, “might get slimed.”)

In other categories, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga and Kendrick Lamar lead the pack with four nominations apiece, followed by Black, Dwayne Johnson and Jelly Roll, with three nods each.

Who is performing at the 2025 Kids’ Choice Awards?

After performing on the “Today” show in NYC on Friday, Machine Gun Kelly is crossing coasts to perform his new single “Cliché” at the California-based award show.

While pop group Katseye was also announced among the performers, only time will tell what other surprise appearances might be in store.
