Haley Joel Osment was recently arrested for alleged public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.

The former child star, now 37, was cuffed at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area in eastern California on April 8 after cops responded to a call about an allegedly intoxicated individual, TMZ reported Wednesday.

According to the outlet, ski patrol — professionals who ensure the safety of skiers and snowboarders — were with Osment when officers arrived.

He was booked for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance that was reportedly sent to a lab for testing.

The actor was released shortly after, per the outlet.

The Mono County district attorney’s office now reportedly has to decide whether to prosecute the case.

Sources familiar with the situation told TMZ that Osment has been struggling lately.

The sources noted that he was among the many who “lost everything” in the Eaton Fire, which ravaged through the Altadena and Pasadena neighborhoods in January.

Additionally, Osment recently found a replacement home, but his insurer reportedly denied the claim.

His reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

This isn’t the “Sixth Sense” star’s first alcohol-related offense, as he was busted in 2006 after driving into a brick pillar while intoxicated, which resulted in shoulder and rib injuries.

He pleaded no contest to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of possession of marijuana.

The “Pay It Forward” actor was sentenced to three years of probation, 60 hours of alcohol rehab and six months of AA meetings. He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine.
