Hailee Steinfeld’s wedding planning is on hold, for now.

The actress is hard at work promoting her new film, “Sinners,”costarring Michael B. Jordan, Wunmi Mosaku, Delroy Lindo and newcomer Miles Caton.

She revealed in a new interview with “Extra”: “We are in the middle of a press tour. We got a movie coming out in 12 days? Six, something? We’re focused on that.”

The star was interviewed by the entertainment news show during the film’s press junket at Manhattan’s Essex House.

Steinfeld and Buffalo Bills quarterback, Josh Allen, 28, got engaged last November after dating for one year.

He described her as his “biggest supporter” during the NFL season, and they made their red carpet debut earlier this year at NFL Honors.

In the film, Steinfeld plays Mary — a seductive biracial woman turned vampire who is passing in the world of the 1930s south — and the part had her digging deeper into her family roots, she said.

“I would say, I learned a lot about my myself through Mary, and even more about my family history,” the star said.

She added: “I had so many amazing conversations with my mom about her family, and about her dad, my grandfather who is half black — who I wish every day, because of this movie, and for so many other reasons — I could call and ask him all the questions… I would absolutely do that if he were here.”

“Sinners” director Ryan Coogler cast Jordan as twin brothers, Smoke and Stack, and the first time he saw the two characters onscreen, “I was hyped! I yelled out an audible, ‘Whoo!’” Jordan said.

“It was pretty challenging, but a lot of fun as well, getting the chance to develop… twin brothers, their dynamic and the work we did to develop how they walk and how they talk and their mannerisms… it was challenging, but it was good,” the star added.

Mosaku said the film’s more than a vampire movie.

“You’ll come out with thoughts, lessons, questions, answers that have nothing to do with vampires… there’s a whole lot of heart,” she said.
