“My style is real fly, real fab, real Resha,” Yung Miami (née Caresha Romeka Brownlee) tells Page Six Style. “I like to switch it up depending on how I feel — sometimes I’m giving grown and sexy, sometimes it’s full glam.”

For Monday’s BET Awards 2025 red carpet, the former City Girls rapper considered an array of options, among them a wild faux fur gown by Han Kjobenhavn and a plunging David Koma dress covered in ice-blue crystals.

Eventually, she landed on a metal mesh-accented lavender Rabanne number, a look she says was “all about luxury and power.”

“I was inspired by old-school glam mixed with new-age boss energy. I worked with my stylist to bring the vision to life, and as soon as I put it on, I knew it was the one. I feel sexy, strong and unforgettable — just how I like it.”

To amp up the shine factor further, Yung Miami added four jaw-dropping diamond rings, sparkling earrings and a “soft but striking” beauty look finished with a glossy pink lip.

“We went with a sleek beat, glowing skin and my signature lashes — real cute, real clean,” the Miami native says.

And while Yung Miami says her pre-carpet glam sessions typically take around four hours — two for hair, two for makeup — she and her team keep it low-stress behind the scenes.

“It’s a whole vibe! Music playing, champagne pouring, my team hyping me up — real lit,” the rapper says.

“I like to pray right before I head out and thank God for the moment. Then I spray my perfume, check the mirror one last time and go enjoy the evening.”
