Elon Musk and President Trump are officially on the outs.

The X owner, 53, issued a shocking allegation via his social media platform Thursday, proving he and the commander-in-chief are not as close as they once were.

“Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!” Musk alleged via X.

Page Six has reached out to Trump’s spokesperson for comment but has not heard back.

The president’s ties to the convicted sex offender have long been known. However, Trump had distanced himself from the disgraced financier in the years leading up to his death by suicide in prison in 2019.

Despite Epstein once claiming he was the real estate mogul’s “closest friend,” Trump said publicly in recent years that they had had a falling out “years ago.”

According to CNBC, a book titled “The Grifter’s Club” alleged that the “Apprentice” alum once banned the socialite from his Mar-a-Lago resort for hitting on a member’s underage daughter.

Epstein’s brother, Mark Epstein, then told the Post in 2024 that his sibling said amid the 2016 election between Trump and Hillary Clinton, “If I said what I know about both candidates, they’d have to cancel the election.”

However, ahead of the 2024 presidential election, Trump said he had “no problem” with releasing Jeffrey’s full FBI file, which was set to reveal a list of notable clients who allegedly went to the sex offender’s island in Little St. James, where young women were allegedly sex-trafficked.

The Department of Justice released a trove of documents relating to Jeffrey this past February but they had no major revelations.

Musk’s latest claim further fuels speculation that the Trump administration may have something to hide.

The SpaceX founder being the one to drop the alleged truth “bomb” is surprising, though, given he and the president recently spent a lot of time together, including for a New Year’s Eve bash in Mar-a-Lago.

Musk had also become an unofficial part of the administration, as he oversaw Doge, the federal agency tasked with reducing US government spending.

However, it was clear the relationship soured between the two when Trump, 78, seemingly took a shot at the Tesla CEO in March by saying he has a “very successful, very rich” pal who allegedly uses “the fat shot drug” and then jabbed, “It’s not working.”

Musk was also mysteriously seen sporting a black eye last month, fueling feud rumors.
