Drew Barrymore has maintained her youthful glow without the help of cosmetic surgery.

The actress, 50, shared that she has never gone under the knife during a Q&A with audience members on “The Drew Barrymore Show” Friday.

“Can you let us know your secret to aging gracefully and being so comfortable in your own skin?” a fan asked Barrymore, who responded, “I haven’t done anything, and I want to try and stay that way.”

Despite her preference for embracing her natural skin, the talk show host said she doesn’t judge others for turning to procedures and even has a friend who became much more confident after getting work done.

“But I also am like, do whatever works for you. The only thing I do know is don’t judge other people because they do things differently,” she said, adding, “We’re all on our own path, and we have to support each other.”

Barrymore did, however, admit to feeling insecure about some parts of her body as she gets older: “I see a lot of turkey neck or I have a lot of other times where I’m like, ‘Oh, wow! Wow, we’re there now.’”

But the “Charlie’s Angels” star embraces her evolving look by being kind to herself.

“I want to tell myself not to be so mean to myself,” she said. “How many beautiful moments do we even get the privilege of seeing our reflection and that person looking back at us is us?

“So the kinder, more patient, more resilient, more loving, embracing, less dismissive that we can be, the better it is for our mental game and spiritual game, which affects the face.”

She continued, “A smile is better than any lipstick you’ll buy.”

Barrymore told the crowd that she focuses on having an “internal dialogue” that “isn’t so eviscerating.” She also tries not to be “so quick to catch a flaw.”

“Who says that’s the flaw, by the way? That might be someone else’s favorite thing about you. … How ironic,” she said before reminding the audience, “It isn’t how you look; it’s how you feel.”

Social media users applauded Barrymore’s perspective on accepting aging in the comments section of the clip shared on her Instagram.

“Keeping it Real, That’s why we Love Ya!” one person wrote.

“Drew, you really are amazing and a great example of kindness to ourselves and others around us,” a second fan chimed in.

“By far this is some of the [most] beautiful words I’ve listened to you say. Thank you,” a netizen chimed in.

“I’m just a little older than Drew and I grew up with her, as so many of us did. The ‘Oh, wow! Wow. We’re there now.’ really resonated. I felt that. Lovely advice, all told,” another supporter commented.

While Barrymore denied getting any plastic surgery to prevent or soften the effects of aging, she did get a breast reduction in 1992.
