Justin Combs, the 31-year-old son of disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, has been accused of facilitating a woman’s gang rape. In a lawsuit obtained Friday by HuffPost, the plaintiff says she was raped by two masked men and Combs himself.

Monday’s filing in Los Angeles Superior Court claims Justin Combs used his father’s fame to lure the woman from Louisiana to Los Angeles in 2017 under the guise of giving her a job on TV. She was allegedly drugged, raped and “held prisoner for a weekend” instead.

The woman filed her suit against both members of the Combs family, as well as the mogul’s businesses, Bad Boy Entertainment and Combs Enterprises LLC, for alleged sexual assault and battery, gender violence and negligent supervision.

She is requesting a jury trial and seeking damages for “past, present and future lost earnings.”

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” Sean Combs’ media team told NBC News and multiple other media outlets in a statement Friday.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason,” the statement continued. “Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The legal filing alleges Justin Combs contacted the plaintiff on Snapchat in March or April 2017, prompting a conversation about her hopes of an entertainment career, only for her to share “risqué photos at Justin’s request” and receive free airline travel to Los Angeles.

According to the complaint, she arrived in Los Angeles on April 14 and was taken in a black SUV to a Beverly Hills residence Justin Combs called “The Glass House.” The plaintiff said she expected they would go out that night and the next, only for Justin Combs to refuse.

He allegedly ordered marijuana and liquor to the residence instead and offered the woman various pills and so-called “poppers” throughout the day. She claimed in her filing that she suspects the marijuana was laced due to the physiological effect it had on her.

Three men wearing “masquerade masks” eventually arrived at the home, according to the complaint, which says the plaintiff recognized one of them as Sean Combs “due in part to his stature and mannerisms but also because Justin referred to him on at least one occasion as ‘Pops.’”

She was allegedly taken to a bedroom and warned, “You better let this happen. Or else.”

The woman said the men took turns raping her “from Saturday evening through at least midday Sunday,” and that she was driven back to the airport on Monday. Justin Combs allegedly still dangled the promise of a job over her head afterward and threatened to leak the woman’s nudes.

Justin Combs was previously accused of covering up a shooting involving him and his father.

“We are proud of our client for having the courage to step forward and be heard,” Doe’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, told NBC News in a statement Friday. “The details of the lawsuit speak for themselves. We will see that justice is done.”

Sean Combs was indicted and arrested in September after similar allegations of him drugging and raping women emerged. He has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. The prosecution rested Tuesday, moving his trial into closing arguments.
