Dame Maggie Smith passed away at the age of 89 on 27 September 2024, and it’s been revealed that the star had an impressive fortune at the time of her death, totalling £15,977,325.
The late actress has left much of her fortune, which includes a five-bedroom West Sussex farmhouse called Douglas Lake Farm, to her two children, Chris Larkin and Toby Stephens . Both of the star’s children followed her into acting.
The actress welcomed her children with thespian Robert Stephens, who died in 1995. Maggie’s second husband was the playwright Beverley Cross, who died in 1998.
