Celine Dion stepped out for a rare, joyful appearance at a Coldplay concert over the weekend.

“What an unforgettable evening with @Coldplay at @AllegiantStadium,” the singer wrote in a post on Instagram, shared over the weekend. “My heart is still singing!”

“A heartfelt thanks to the band and their amazing team for welcoming my family with warmth and kindness,” Dion wrote, adding “It was all … fantastique.”

Dion shared photos of herself hugging members of Coldplay and standing among cheering fans in the stadium.

Outings for Dion are more rare these days, as the 57-year-old publicly revealed in 2022 that she was diagnosed with stiff person syndrome.

“I’ve been dealing with problems with my health for a long time, and it’s been really difficult for me to face these challenges and to talk about everything that I’ve been going through,” Dion said in an emotional video, in which she first opened up about her health struggle.

“Recently, I’ve been diagnosed with a very rare neurological condition called stiff person syndrome, which affects something like one in a million people,” she said at the time, adding that the rare condition was the root of the spasms she’d been experiencing for some time.

“Unfortunately, these spasms affect every aspect of my daily life,” she shared, explaining that they are “sometimes causing difficulties when I walk and not allowing me to use my vocal cords to sing the way I’m used to.”

Stiff person syndrome, also referred to as SPS, mostly affects women in their 40s and 50s, according to the Mayo Clinic.

People living with stiff person syndrome can not only experience painful spasms, but also severe muscle stiffness, difficulty walking and frequent falls. There is currently no cure.
