Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia is swearing off men after her traumatizing breakup from Zach Bryan.

“I’m married to my career. I’m never dating anyone ever again,” the Barstool Sports podcaster told Page Six exclusively Saturday in the paddock at the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.

LaPaglia, 25, shared that she is turning her attention to her next big project: authoring a book.

“I’m writing a lot. I’m really excited,” she teased. “I have a book, and we’ll see. We’re coming out. We’re doing a lot of stuff.”

The internet personality made sure to note, however, that she does not want her followers to think she “hate[s] men.”

“No love given is love lost,” she said. “Sometimes you get stuck with a bad guy, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t good men out there. I’ve dated really good men.”

If LaPaglia does decide to return to the dating scene, she vowed to never romance a celebrity again.

“Money is a scary thing, especially with men [and] men in power,” she said, adding that “men suck regardless” of their wealth but that having money allows them to “cover up all [their] s–t.”

LaPaglia previously claimed Bryan, 28, had offered her $12 million to sign a nondisclosure agreement so she would not publicly discuss their relationship, which she refused.

“People just flock to famous people because it’s cool and it’s fun, and then there’s so much crazy s–t that goes on behind the scenes, and it’s not all as glamorous as you think,” she told us.

The “BFFs” co-host admitted she “ignored a lot of red flags” in her relationship with the country music singer.

“Women are treated like s–t and we just, like, kind of take it,” she said. “I think once you verbalize it and understand what you’re going through, you wake up and it’s like, ‘Why are we being teased like this? Why are we taking it?’”

LaPaglia — who has more than 1.3 million followers on Instagram — said she is able to stay grounded because she understands fame isn’t everything.

“I just don’t think that any of it matters,” she said. “Like I said, been on the other side, am on the other side, just because people know who you are and, like, have money, it doesn’t mean you’re better than anyone else. I think everything is just about who you are as a person.”

The influencer explained that she was petrified to come forward about her toxic relationship with Bryan because she knew there would be backlash.

“People are always s–tty, but I knew that. I knew there was going to be s–tty people when I came forward. That’s why it was so scary coming forward, because of his fans,” she said. “I mean the frat bros that have mustaches and dips in are like, ‘Team Zach!’”

Fortunately, the hate LaPaglia has received from the Grammy winner’s fratty fan base has lived solely online.

“Honestly, it’s been all positive in person,” she shared, adding, “No one in real life is ever a troll.”

In fact, the “PlanBri Uncut” host said the response from her supporters has been “amazing.”

“I didn’t understand how many people it was going to help, so it’s really cool. A lot of people are reaching out — people that you would never expect,” she told Page Six.

LaPaglia claimed she has even had people call off their weddings and marriages because she “opened [their] eyes” up to their toxic relationships.

While the Boston native pledged to quit dating, she still seems open to casual flings, telling us she did a hot lap with McLaren and found the driver “hot.”

She also took to her Instagram Story to rave over the attractive pool of men attending the F1 event.

“Finally leaving Vegas and hopefully never returning. I have so many crushes,” she captioned a photo of herself on an airplane Sunday.

Bryan confirmed he and LaPaglia had split after a year of dating by sharing a cryptic message on his Instagram Story in October.

“I thought it would be beneficial for both of us to go our different ways,” he wrote at the time, adding, “I am not perfect and never will be.”

The social media star subsequently said she was “blindsided” that her ex had announced their breakup to the public so soon after it happened.

“I just woke up to Zach posting on his Instagram that we broke up, and I had no idea that post was going up,” she said through tears in a YouTube video. “He didn’t text me, he didn’t call me.”

She then bravely spoke out about Bryan’s alleged emotional abuse, telling her fans earlier this month, “I’m still scared right now because I’m scared of him.”

LaPaglia said the “Something in the Orange” artist loved-bombed her at the start of their relationship and “manipulated” her when they became official.

“I truly thought he was this great dude because in the first four months of our relationship he was. … That’s who I fell in love with,” she said on her podcast.

But Bryan would allegedly scream at her during fights and treated her “so poorly” that she would often cry herself to sleep at night.

“It was just this constant cycle of build you up, beat you down … apologize over and over and over,” she claimed.

LaPaglia claimed the musician was unfaithful throughout their relationship and had also once lashed out at her friends and broken a glass in a fit of rage.

The former couple were quite serious — and she even shared that he had bought her an engagement ring as they planned a future together.

While Bryan has been noticeably silent amid their breakup drama, LaPaglia is taking care of her mental health with intensive therapy.
