Blake Lively is not afraid to get on the witness stand for her ongoing legal feud against Justin Baldoni.

“Yes,” the “It Ends With Us” star’s lawyer Mike Gottlieb confirmed to People Thursday when asked if she will testify. “The ultimate moment for a plaintiff’s story to be told is at trial.”

He continued, “We expect that to be the case here [with Lively]. So we would, of course, expect her to be a witness at her trial. Of course she’s going to testify.”

Page Six has reached out to Baldoni’s rep and lawyer for comment on the new development but did not immediately hear back. It’s unclear if the actor-director also plans to take the witness stand.

The former co-stars’ trial is not set to take place until March 2026 in a New York City federal court.

Lively, 37, recently hinted she has a lot to say about her alleged experiences — but held back on doing so.

“I have so much to say about the last two years of my life, but tonight is not the forum,” the “Age of Adeline” star said at the Time100 Gala in April before sharing a heartfelt account of her mom’s assault story.

Lively is suing Baldoni, 41, for sexual harassment, alleging that he made inappropriate remarks about his past porn addiction, her sex life and made other women “uncomfortable” on set.

She has also alleged that he and his crisis PR team launched a smear campaign against her, releasing a series of texts in which they confessed they can “bury anyone.”

Baldoni, however, has denied any wrongdoing and countersued Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane, in a $400 million lawsuit for defamation, extortion and other claims.

The “Gossip Girl” alum has tried to get the “Jane the Virgin” alum’s countersuit tossed out, arguing to the judge via her lawyers that it violates California laws that protect sexual harassment victims’ rights to speak out. She also called the suit “vengeful” and retaliatory.

The judge has not yet made a ruling on this matter, therefore, the cases are still set to go to trial.

Aside from Lively, other stars who may be required to testify are Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman.

The Daily Mail reported in April that the global pop star, 35, and “Wolverine” star, 56, are set to be subpoenaed by Baldoni’s legal team soon.

They are believed to have played a role in Lively’s attempts to assert her control over the popular film.

Lively once texted Baldoni that she felt “so lucky” to have her “dragons” to protect her, referencing Swift and Reynolds, 48.

Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman has since said in response, “The message could not have been clearer.”

“Baldoni was not just dealing with Lively. He was also facing Lively’s ‘dragons,’ two of the most influential and wealthy celebrities in the world, who were not afraid to make things very difficult for him.”
