Bethenny Frankel is mentioning it all when it comes to her must-see spots in the South of France.

The multi-hyphenate business mogul, who has also become a TikTok sensation, is one of the celebrity speakers at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity this week in Cannes, France.

Page Six is on the ground at the star-studded, five-day event, and ahead of our bon voyage, Frankel, 54, gave us the inside scoop on some of her favorite places to visit.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum kicked off her list with the Carlton Cannes, a five-star hotel built in 1901 that overlooks the bay on the Boulevard Croisette and features its own private beach.

“This is the epicenter of Cannes,” Frankel told Page Six before noting many of the modern amenities the hotel provides. “From the beach club to the spa to the rooms, it’s my go-to when visiting Cannes.”

The Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel that is conveniently just a 25-minute drive from the Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, also features a fully-equipped exercise center for fitness buffs as well as a business center.

Frankel shared that her next spot in Cannes, she hasn’t been to yet, but comes highly-recommended and is on her personal trip-planning list.

Lucia is a beachfront restaurant that caters its menu to the ever-evolving changes of the season. “We craft each dish with ingredients that have been kissed by the sun itself, capturing the essence of warmth, freshness, and vitality,” a menu on its website states.

Frankel said the restaurant, which provides an open, carefully-curated and colorful space, “looks stunning,” adding, “It’s totally my vibe.” Lucia was created by the same team at Nikki Beach, the famed hotspot with locations all over Europe, Thailand and Frankel’s new home base, Miami.

For her next recommendation, the SkinnyGirl founder headed an hour-and-a-half drive over to St. Tropez, the glamorous resort town that is a favorite of billionaires and A-listers like Leonardo DiCaprio and Drake.

Frankel raved that Loulou Ramatuelle is “one of [her] favorite restaurants” in the South of France, calling it “chic, sexy and fabulous.” “The food, the people-watching, the vibe — perfection,” she told Page Six.

When the “Big Shot With Bethenny” alum went to the elegant eatery last year, she gave her more than 3 million TikTok followers a tour of her “fun lunch” there with her teen daughter, Bryn.

Frankel showed Loulou features a small clothing shop at its entrance for those needing a quick change after a dip in the ocean. She also called out a few menu items that caught her eye at the time, including fried calamari, truffle pizza and tempura zucchini flowers, which she said was “major.”

The video then showed the former Bravo star having a blast as she danced to Abba at the lively scene.

Frankel shared with Page Six that another one of her go-to places in St. Tropez is the La Réserve à la Plage on Pampelonne Beach, which she said offers its guests anything but your average beach day.

“It has gorgeous views, a gorgeous crowd — and the restaurant is my favorite,” she said. “They have the most amazing artichoke and truffle chicken I’ve ever had. I still dream about it.”

Frankel also gave her followers a glimpse of La Réserve à la Plage, designed by French architect Philippe Starck, via TikTok in 2023 and gushed that aside from the chicken, the lobster salad was also delicious.

However, she noted many guests enjoyed the paella, a signature Spanish dish that often includes a mix of sautéed vegetables, rice, meats and seafood.

Frankel’s favorite restaurant is conveniently located just 20 minutes from one of the hotels she likes best in the French Riviera, the Hôtel Lily of the Valley in La Croix-Valmer, France.

“This hotel has the most beautiful views and a gorgeous spa, and the private villa bungalows are stunning,” she told us. “I felt like I was in my own little wellness bubble.”

As guests log on to the hotel’s website, they are prompted with a message that reads, “Indulge in healthy and luxurious cuisine, outdoor fitness sessions, and targeted draining treatments — all designed to sculpt your silhouette as the warmer days approach.”

Frankel, who recently broke the internet with her age-defying Sports Illustrated Swimsuit catwalk, has shared that she prioritizes her health with her tongue-in-cheek “supermodel snacks” and beach walks.

However, the B Real owner also credited her secret to “having a good relationship with food,” adding, “It’s the obsession, it’s the extremes, it’s the binging, it’s the emotions, it’s the noise, that is why we are struggling and I want you to allow yourselves to have, but not beat yourselves up when you do indulge.”

She concluded in her caption on the post, “Start with loving yourself.”
