Bethenny Frankel isn’t fazed by Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson‘s May-December romance.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum explained to her Instagram followers over the weekend why she is “not … interested” in the headline-making relationship.

“My father, who was a hall of fame racehorse trainer, was always with women my age or younger starting when I was, like, 18,” the Bravolebrity, 54, explained Saturday. “These women really did idolize him.”

Frankel noted that “women are attracted to power” — before dissing her dad’s exes.

“These women, from my experience, were always sort of from small towns, never really cultured or savvy or particularly smart,” she recalled. “They were always very, very nice, and it was usually him who ended the relationship. In many cases, they were brokenhearted. They wanted to be there.

“There’s always the cliché looking for a father figure, but you never know exactly what the situation is,” Frankel continued.

As for their partners, Frankel claimed, “These men like women that can run with their program and idolize them. These men can’t really relate or connect to people on their intellectual level or cultural level.”

The former reality star predicted Belichick and “impressionable” Hudson’s unlikely connection will “run its course.”

She added, “He has always been a successful man in his field. I don’t know what she does, but this happens. … People get attracted to power in different industries.”

Frankel’s followers, however, claimed that Hudson is in fact “savvy,” pointing out the $8 million real estate portfolio she has amassed in recent years.

“It may run its course, but she’s made sure she’s set up her future,” one social media user wrote.

Hudson, 24, met Belichick, 73, on a flight in 2021 and got an autograph from the former New England Patriots coach.

While they have publicly been an item since 2024, Hudson revealed in January that they have celebrated three New Year’s Eves as a couple.

Dave Portnoy, Charles Barkley and more have expressed concern for Belichick — with Megyn Kelly worrying about “elder abuse” — since Hudson went viral in April for interrupting her boyfriend’s “CBS Sunday Morning” interview.

We hear the cheerleader, who shut down a question about their meet-cute, also “forced her way” into his Super Bowl commercial cameo in February.
