Halle Bailey and Darryl Dwayne “DDG” Grandberry Jr. have called it quits less than a year after welcoming their first child.

“After much reflection and heartfelt conversations, Halle and I have decided to go our separate ways,” the YouTuber and rapper, 26, wrote on his Instagram Story Thursday.

“This decision was not easy, but we believe it’s the best path forward for us both. I cherish the time we’ve spent together and the love we’ve shared.”

“Despite the changes in our relationship, our love for each other remains deep and true. We are still best friends and adore each other,” he continued.

“As we focus on our individual journeys and our roles as co-parents, we cherish the bond we’ve built and the beautiful moments we’ve shared.”

DDG also asked fans for “understanding and support” as they navigate the “transition.”

“Thank you for love and encouragement,” he added.

Bailey, 24, has not spoken publicly about her split from DDG. Page Six reached out to her rep for comment.

The “Little Mermaid” star welcomed her son, Halo, with DDG in December 2023 after keeping their pregnancy a secret from the public.

The two seemed to be going strong when they took a family vacation to Italy in July. The now-former couple even shared the first photos of Halo’s face during the picturesque trip.

Earlier in the year, however, they were subject to breakup rumors, which Bailey’s rep swiftly denied.

The pair were first linked in January 2022 when they were spotted at an Usher concert in Las Vegas.

They made their red carpet debut in June 2022 at the BET Awards.

Later that summer, the “Color Purple” actress confirmed she was “for sure” in love with her beau while speaking with Essence.

During the same interview, she revealed DDG was a YouTuber she had admired for a long time.

“Coincidentally he messaged me — and the rest is history,” she gushed.
