Singer-songwriter RaeLynn has signed with the Valory Music Co., marking a return to the company where “The Voice” veteran launched her career as a hitmaker.

Her first release under the new deal, “Heaven Is a Honky Tonk,” is due out Friday, May 9 on Valory in partnership with Red Van Records/ Jonas Group Entertainment via Big Machine Label Group. The singer scored a platinum single in 2014 with “God Made Girls” and her 2017 album “WildHorse” topped Billboard’s country charts.

Written by RaeLynn, Lauren Hungate and Caroline Watkins, “Heaven Is a Honky Tonk,” RaeLynn made her debut as a co-producer, working with Aaron Gillespie, known for his work as drummer with the metal band Underoath.
