Yes! MAX announced on February 14, 2025 that they were renewing The Pitt for a second season. Creator and showrunner R. Scott Gemmill confirmed to DECIDER that the writers are currently working on scripts for The Pitt Season 2, which will take place over a chaotic Fourth of July shift.
When Will The Pitt Be Back? The Pitt Season 2 Premiere Date:
While we don’t yet have an exact premiere date, we do know that The Pitt Season 2 will be coming out in January 2026 on MAX. The cast expects to be back on set this June.
