David Beckham admits his obsessive compulsive disorder sometimes gets on his family’s nerves.

“I am very organized to the point where it’s quite tiring every single day because I am so organized,” the retired soccer superstar, 49, shared at a panel discussion held for the launch of his new supplement brand, IM8, at the Faena Hotel Miami Beach on Monday afternoon.

Beckham added of his pesky habit, “It annoys my wife, at times. It annoys my kids, at times.”

However, the father of four — who shares Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20 and Harper, 13, with wife Victoria Beckham — said he tells his family that “without Daddy, nothing would be tidy and nothing would be organized and they’d be forgetting things.”

David made the audience at the Faena Hotel chuckle when he showcased an example of his OCD onstage. At one point, he rearranged some of the red IM8 bottles that were stacked like a pyramid.

“This was a little bit off,” he said while readjusting the containers, causing the crowd to laugh.

The Inter Miami CF co-owner was very open about his mental health struggles in his Netflix documentary, “Beckham,” which was released in 2023.

“I’ve got this obsessive compulsive disorder where I have to have everything in a straight line or everything has to be in pairs,” he explained in one of the episodes of the four-part series.

“I’ll put my Pepsi cans in the fridge and if there’s one too many then I’ll put it in another cupboard somewhere … everything has to be perfect.”

David also shared at the IM8 panel Monday that his daily schedule is also very regimented.

The businessman said he wakes up before any other member of his family, makes breakfast for Harper, takes her to school, then goes back home to “work out with Victoria,” spends some time in the office and then once he’s done with work, picks up Harper and heads back home to make dinner.

“It’s what most parents do,” he added. “I’m always doing something so I never really have a ‘down day.’”

David gushed that his IM8 product, which has been backed by scientists — including former chief NASA scientist Dr. James Green, cardiovascular surgeon Dr. Jeremy London, doctor of pharmacy Dr. James DiNicolantonio and double-board certified physician Dr. Amy Shah — helps him maintain energy daily.

However, when it’s time for bed, the former pro athlete — who is turning 50 soon — admits he struggles.

“I’m not a very good sleeper because there’s a lot going on in our lives, so I don’t sleep very well,” David shared, “but since I’ve been taking this [IM8], my sleep has improved unbelievably.”
